Vials with the same stated volume can have different dimensions. Measure the diameter and full height, including the cap, in millimeters. If you are unsure, send those measurements and a photo to us on Etsy before ordering.

The outside of the organizer: length × width × height. Length runs from the hinge side to the latch side; width runs side to side. Leave ¼ inch behind the hinge and ¼ inch in front of the latch. This extra clearance is not included in the measurements.

These inserts are designed around compatible HydraPeak thermoses. The brand name or advertised volume alone is not enough to confirm fit. Share the thermos model and your vial measurements on Etsy so we can check your setup.
